Product Details

Our Titanium Electrolyzer for Water Treatment is a core electrochemical device for industrial wastewater treatment, circulating water electrolytic disinfection, electroplating wastewater treatment, and seawater desalination pretreatment. The cell body and electrode plates are made of Grade 1/Grade 2 commercially pure titanium or titanium alloy, with optional noble metal coatings such as ruthenium-iridium, iridium-tantalum, or platinum on the electrode surface, providing excellent corrosion resistance and electrochemical activity. The equipment efficiently performs electrolytic oxidation and reduction reactions, effectively degrading COD, removing heavy metal ions, and killing bacteria and algae in water to solve pollution and scaling problems in industrial sewage and circulating water. The high stability of titanium allows it to work stably for a long time in complex water quality containing chlorine, acids, and alkalis, greatly reducing equipment maintenance costs and replacement frequency.
