Grade 7 (Ti-0.15Pd) titanium bar is a premium palladium alloy titanium product, complying with the American standard ASTM B348 (the exclusive execution standard for titanium bars) and UNS R52400 material specification. Its core chemical composition features palladium content ranging from 0.12% to 0.20%, which endows it with exceptional corrosion resistance—far superior to ordinary pure titanium (Grade 1/2)—especially in reducing acids such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. In terms of mechanical properties, Grade 7 titanium bar meets ASTM B348 requirements: tensile strength ≥485MPa, yield strength ≥345MPa, with a usable temperature range of -253℃ to 315℃. The product undergoes strict grain size detection and non-destructive testing (NDT) in accordance with ASTM B348 Class A/B standards, ensuring zero internal defects. Grade 7 titanium bar is the preferred material for high-corrosion working conditions, widely applied in chemical industry (acid pickling equipment, chemical reaction vessels), petroleum industry (downhole pipeline accessories), and metallurgical industry (corrosive medium transmission components).
