Our Titanium Spring is supplied by CNBJTI, manufactured from premium Ti-6Al-4V (GR5/TC4) titanium alloy through precision winding, heat treatment and surface finishing processes. With excellent elastic performance, stable mechanical strength and good surface quality, the spring can be customized in wire diameter, outer diameter, free length, load characteristics and surface condition according to customer requirements, adapting to various compression, tension, torsion and other spring applications. Combining lightweight, high elasticity, excellent corrosion resistance and fatigue life, our titanium spring weighs only about 60% of steel springs, while remaining stable in harsh environments such as acid, alkali and seawater. It also has a much longer fatigue life than traditional stainless steel springs. It is widely used in the fabrication of aerospace components, orthopedic implants, chemical valves, bicycle suspension systems and precision mechanical parts.
