Our Titanium Washer is supplied by CNBJTI, manufactured from premium pure titanium (GR1/GR2) or Ti-6Al-4V (GR5/TC4) titanium alloy through stamping, heat treatment and surface finishing processes. With excellent mechanical strength, stable fatigue resistance and good surface quality, the washer can be customized in specification, inner diameter, outer diameter, thickness and surface condition according to customer requirements, adapting to various bolt connections, pipe fixing and equipment installation scenarios. Combining lightweight, high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and seawater resistance, our titanium washer weighs only about 60% of stainless steel washers, while remaining stable in harsh media such as strong acids, strong alkalis and salt solutions. It also has much better corrosion resistance than traditional stainless steel washers.
