GR5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium thick plate (TC4 in national standard) is a core grade of α+β titanium alloy, complying with ASTM B265/GB/T 3621 standards, with thickness >10mm and tensile strength ≥860MPa. It features lightweight (density 4.43g/cm³), excellent corrosion resistance and high fatigue resistance, and ASTM certification as well as MTR reports are available. Core applications include aerospace (fuselage frames, engine components), marine engineering (offshore platforms, seawater desalination equipment), petrochemical industry (reactor liners, oil and gas pipelines), medical sector (implantable devices), etc. It is a key material for high-end equipment manufacturing, suitable for harsh working conditions such as high pressure, corrosion and lightweight requirements.
