Product Details

Our Titanium Anode is supplied by CNBJTI, manufactured from premium pure titanium (Grade 1/Grade 2) substrate through precision machining, surface sandblasting, acid activation, and coating with precious metal oxides such as ruthenium-iridium, iridium-tantalum, and platinum. With excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high electrochemical activity, low cell voltage and long service life, the anode can be customized in shape (plate/mesh/tube/rod), coating type, current density and size specifications according to customer requirements, adapting to various electrolysis, electroplating, wastewater treatment, cathodic protection and organic electrosynthesis scenarios. Combining strong corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, high oxygen/chlorine evolution efficiency and low energy consumption, our titanium anode can work stably in harsh electrochemical environments such as strong acids, strong alkalis and high chloride ions for a long time. Its corrosion resistance is far superior to traditional graphite anodes, making it widely used in chlor-alkali industry, PCB electroplating, electrolytic copper foil, sewage treatment and seawater desalination industries.
