Our Titanium Channel is supplied by CNBJTI, manufactured from premium pure titanium (Grade 1/Grade 2) or Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium alloy through precision hot rolling/cold forming and surface finishing processes. With excellent mechanical strength, stable fatigue resistance and good surface quality, the channel can be customized in specification, size, length and surface condition according to customer requirements, adapting to various chemical equipment supports, marine engineering frames and structural load-bearing scenarios. Combining lightweight, high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and seawater resistance, our titanium channel weighs only about 60% of stainless steel channels, while remaining stable in harsh environments such as acid, alkali and seawater. It also has much better corrosion resistance than traditional stainless steel profiles, making it widely used in chemical platform construction, marine equipment fixing and industrial building support structures.
