Our Titanium Plates are supplied by CNBJTI, manufactured from premium pure titanium (GR1/GR2) or Ti-6Al-4V (GR5/TC4) titanium alloy in strict accordance with ASTM B265 standards. With uniform grain structure, stable mechanical properties and excellent surface quality, the plates can be customized in thickness, size and surface condition according to customer requirements, adapting to various stamping, welding, cutting and other processing technologies. Combining high strength, low density, excellent corrosion resistance and fatigue performance, titanium alloy plates (such as GR5) have much higher strength than pure titanium, weigh only 60% of steel, and remain stable in harsh environments such as acid, alkali and seawater. They are widely used in the fabrication of aerospace structural parts, chemical equipment linings, medical equipment and precision mechanical parts.
