Pure Titanium Seamless Tubes (main grades: Grade 2/TA2) are the core category of pure titanium tubes, manufactured via seamless rolling process with no weld defects. Complying with ASTM B338/GB/T 3624 standards, they feature exceptional corrosion resistance (far superior to stainless steel, resistant to strong corrosive media such as acids, alkalis and seawater), lightweight (density 4.51g/cm³, only 60% of steel), good plasticity and processability. MTR material test reports and ASTM certification are available, and customized size processing is supported. They are mainly applied in the chemical industry (piping for conveying acid-alkali media, supporting piping for reactors), where their strong corrosion resistance can significantly extend the service life of equipment; marine engineering (seawater desalination equipment, water delivery pipes for offshore platforms), withstanding long-term seawater immersion without corrosion; power industry (titanium tubes for nuclear/thermal power condensers), adapting to high-temperature and high-pressure water environments.
